**Pre-School Practitioner (1-1 support)**

Rydal Penrhos School is seeking a passionate and dedicated **Level 2 / 3 Pre School Practitioner** or equivalent to join our vibrant Early Years team. We are looking for a 1-1 Pre-School Practitioner to help support a child in the Early Years setting. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, high-quality educational environment that values the development of every child.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality care and education to a child in our Early Years setting.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the New Curriculum for Wales.
- Help adapt activities to assist in supporting the child
- Ensure a safe, nurturing environment where the child can thrive.
- Work closely with parents and carers, offering regular feedback on the child’s development.
- Assist in maintaining records of the child’s progress and support individual learning goals.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Level 2 / 3 qualification in Early Years and Childcare
- Elklan Speech & Language qualification
- Experience of working 1-1 with a child
- Experience in working with young children, ideally in a school or nursery setting.
- Experience in behaviour management, and supporting emotions and well-being
- A caring, enthusiastic, and patient approach to supporting young learners.
- Excellent communication and team-working skills.
