Rydal Penrhos School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre School Practitioner to join our vibrant Early Years team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, high-quality educational environment that values the development of every child.

We are looking to develop a bank of staff who are able to work flexibly to support our growing provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children in our Pre School setting.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the New Curriculum for Wales.
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
  • Work closely with parents and carers, offering regular feedback on children's development.
  • Assist in maintaining records of children's progress and support individual learning goals.

Qualifications & Experience-

  • Experience in working with young children, ideally in a school or nursery setting.
  • An Early Years and Childcare qualification
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and patient approach to supporting young learners.
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills.
