**Production Supervisor for Asphalt & Contracting - Full Training Given (£37/45K Weekly Pay)**

Supporting production manager in safe, efficient operation of asphalt plant.

Ensure compliance to IMS and supervise production team.

**Description of Team / Department**:
Reporting to Production manager, supervising small multiskilled team.

**Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role**

Ensure adherence to IMS pertaining to Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

Control work activities and implement local work instructions, site specific rules.

Contribute the development or risk assessment and working procedures.

Manage Contractors to Hanson required standards.

Carry out audits to ensure contractor compliance and company standards (CSSS).

**Skills / Experience**

Obtain a relevant qualification in Operations ( DAPS )

Obtain at least a level 3 NVQ in Health and Safety management.

NVQ 2 in Mobile plant operations
