**Position**: Full-Time Street Food Supervisor

**Location**: Congleton Market Quarter

- **Food Prep Skills**: You're skilled in food preparation and can ensure every dish meets our high standards.
- **Street Food Enthusiast**: You have a deep passion for street food and enjoy exploring new flavours and techniques.
- **Indian Cuisine Knowledge**: You possess a basic understanding of Indian food and are eager to expand your culinary horizons or a willingness to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of our street food stall.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of our Indian street food menu.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
- Lead and motivate a young team, providing support and guidance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and service areas.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Develop and implement profit-making dishes.
- Efficiently manage stock rotation and control waste.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Management: 1 year (required)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
