We can accommodate a shift pattern from 8.30am to 7pm to fit into your lifestyle.

In this role you will
- Be the first point of contact for our customers
- Take inbound calls from leads generated by either our active website or a network of Introducers
- Make outbound calls to those who have completed a quote online and discuss the proposition
- Service existing customers with Mid Term Adjustments and renewals.
- Ensure that all communications are clear, fair, not misleading and that relevant regulations are followed e.g. Data Protection Act, Treating Customers Fairly principles.
- There will be opportunities to help/assist with offsite presentations both in the UK and overseas.

**Experience**
- You have ideally 2 years’ experience of working in a sales environment/customer service - preferably within financial services, insurance/motor insurance would be advantageous.
- To be motivated and able to deliver in a sales environment
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner
- Be able to plan and prioritise workloads
- Competent IT Skills - Particularly in Microsoft Office
- A valid driving licence

Pay: £16,500.00-£19,000.00 per year
