- Job Title: ATM Security Operations Centre Operative
- Location: Rotherham, S60 1LH
- Salary: £27,693.12 per annum (with the benefit of a 15% shift allowance)
- Hours: 42-hour week: 12hr shifts - 4 days on (2 days, 2 nights), followed by 4 days off

About the Role:
As a Security Operations Centre Operative, you will operate and monitor a variety of systems within the Control Centre, including CCTV, vehicle tracking, and ATM lock management functions. You will be expected to act professionally and efficiently at all times, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of all information handled, in full compliance with strict operating procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate bespoke IT systems to ensure secure operation of all in-house Cash & Valuables in Transit (CViT) vehicles (all training will be provided).
- Monitor CViT vehicle movements via GPS tracking and onboard CCTV.
- Conduct regular remote CCTV patrols of national CViT depots, ensuring colleague safety and escalating security and emergency incidents as needed.
- Handle high volumes of calls from remote workers to manage ATM safe access using lock management systems, following strict protocols.
- Maintain and develop skills in line with evolving business needs.
- Stay familiar with operational areas and remain alert to current threats and challenges.

Key Requirements:

- Strong situational awareness with the ability to act on suspicious activity.
- Knowledge of the CViT industry and business procedures is a plus.
- Working knowledge of CCTV systems.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working extended hours in a confined control room setting.
