**Position Summary**
Catalent Pharma Solutions is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to join our growing organization and support our mission of developing, manufacturing, and supplying products that help people live better, healthier lives. This position will be a part of the Global Talent Acquisition Department and report into a leader that is based out of the United States.
**The Role **(daily responsibilities)
- A key area of responsibility is focused on administrative support to the vendor management function within the global Talent Acquisition Team. This will include:
- Partnering with Finance, IT and Legal teams to ensure the full execution of recruitment contracts and agreements (sourcing tools, vendors and staffing agencies)
- Administrative account management of recruitment vendors (account user log-ins and billing inquiries, usage reporting, etc..)
- Partnering with the TA team to schedule business reviews and meetings with new/existing vendors
- Setting up vendors in Catalent’s financial systems
- Responsible for creating, receipting, and monitoring funds of purchase orders
- Responsible for processing invoices, accruals, and cross-charges to internal cost centers
- Responsible for credit reconciliation (including raising credit, obtaining approvals and managing receipts)
- Research, gather and chase necessary information for completion of invoices, contracts, etc..
- Participate in monthly forecast meetings as required
- Provide administrative support for our Contingent Worker Program through a central Managed Service Provider (includes helping to execute amendments and ensure job aids and training materials exist and are up to date, for internal stakeholders)
- Track and receipt timecards for contingent workers in the Talent Acquisition team
- Collaborate and work with global remote teams in various time zones
- Participate in new mergers and acquisitions by supporting program specific integration activities
- Other duties as assigned
- HS Diploma is required; Associate’s and Bachelor’s is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience performing financial activities is required.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs is required, specifically Outlook, Excel, Teams and Forms.
- Experience with financial software/systems such as JD Edwards, Tradeshift Pay, Tradeshift-GO and Concur or an equivalent system, is strongly desired.
- Experience with Adobe and Docusign is preferred.
- Must have strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Must be fluent in English. The ability to speak another language (preferably Italian, Spanish, German or French) is a plus.

- This position is a global role that is going to be able to work with and collaborate with internal team members from all over the world.
- This position offers the ability to work remotely, however you must be located near a Catalent facility.
