**My client is long established cyber security provider, who are delivering cutting edge cyber security solutions to numerous industries across the UK. They possess leading experts ranging from pen testers through to security analysts, due to growth theynow have a rewarding opening for a Technical Cyber Pre - Sales Engineer to join their expanding company.**
Who we are hoping to speak with:

- Must have several years industry experience within a cyber security pre - sales type role or closely related, it is essential that you can produce evidence of your achievements please.
- First class communication skills both written and verbal, able to present professionally and confidently.
- Knowledge of at least one cyber security vendor which might include: Palo Networks, Fortinet, Crowdstrike, OneTurst, Darktrace, Zscaler, KnowBe4, Rapid 7, Sophos, Splunk, McAfee, Proofpoint or any other well-known vendors.
- Technical understanding around areas of SIEM (security information and event management), computer security, elastic, endpoint protection, IDS (Intrusion detection system), IPS (Intrusion prevention system) and computer networks.
- A genuine desire to learn about cyber security, ideally have certifications in this area.
- Solid knowledge of the pre - sales cycle / proof of concepts / sales cycles.
- Naturally for a role of this nature you will be an all-round people person, able to create rapport with people at all levels.
- Happy to travel and remote working.
