**Cyber Security Pre-Sales Lead**

**Location**:Remote

**Salary**:£100k
- £125k + Bonus + Benefits & Car Allowance

We are currently supporting a long-standing client of ours, a global IT & IT Security Service Provider seeking an experienced technical sales leader with significant experience of developing an organisation's cybersecurity portfolio and enabling the salesorganization to take this to customers.

Success in the role will require a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills, strong technical and commercial understanding, experience of developing sales in the enterprise and mid-market space and a strategic focus to develop the offering overthe medium term.

As the UK cyber security pre-sales lead, you will report to the European head of pre-sales and be responsible for driving the growth of our client's cyber security business plus aligning to the development of their European cybersecurity practise.

The business generates around £15M per annum in cyber security sales. It offers a range of products and services including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, Privileged Access Management, Firewalls and SIEM. Selling to a wide range of mid-marketpublic and private customers, it provides hardware and software, consultancy, professional services and several managed and support service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading a team of five pre-sales heads to ensure that the UK sales team is provided with the relevant level of support and expertise to identify, develop and win cybersecurity business. The pre-sales lead will be responsible for the recruitment and developmentof this team, including allocating individuals to particular solution areas and managing their reward
- Develop the service portfolio to provide our clients customers with a range of services and solutions that are relevant and up to date, in line with emerging technologies and the latest threats
- Develop the product portfolio to align with the services capability and manage the relationships with strategic vendors
- Lead customer engagements including supporting sales on virtual and face to face meetings and responses to tenders and major proposals
- Lead sales enablement by designing and delivering regular training and working with strategic vendors to support training and development.
- Work with our clients parent companies Cybersecurity practise to ensure that positive synergies are taken advantage of such as shared campaigns or marketing activities
- Support our clients marketing team with the development of campaigns, sales enablement, thought leadership articles and videos and events
- Focus on operational excellence, improving processes, reducing the cost to serve and increasing productivity and consistency through process automation

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years working in the UK cybersecurity field in a technical sales role
- Experience of leading a team of technical pre-sales in product and service
- Experience of leading major customer engagements
- Experience of developing an organisation's roadmap of products and services
- A track record of success in meeting and exceeding challenging financial targets
