**Responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers from initial consultation until the file closing, and ensuring that all customers are receiving expected levels of client care and customer service.
- Resolving customer complaints/concerns/request for refunds quickly and efficiently at an earlier stage by liaising with the caseworker and other members of staff.
- Obtaining feedback and reviews upon the completion of the matter.
- Maintaining a record of clients with a potential for recurring instructions i.e. extensions
- Chasing clients with outstanding payments

Requirements (ideal not essential):

- Previous experience working in a customer relations/services role, preferably within a legal environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with clients, visitors, and staff.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment (fax machines, printers, scanners).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is desirable but not essential.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: £22,300.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
