**The Company**
Our Redditchbased client is a leading business in its niche. This well
- established construction and civil engineering business is going through an exciting period of growth. They are seeking to hire a knowledgeable Financial Controller to help them cementthis very important time of transformation.
**Duties**
Reporting to the Managing director you will be expected to take the lead on all aspects finance for the business. Responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of the P&L and Balance sheet
- Lead on Budgeting and Forecasting including walkthrough of 3 year plan with MD and Commercial Director
- Oversee Month End and Year Process liaising with auditors
- Production the Management Accounts pack with added commentary and insight
- Provide improvement to quality of Business information and analysis across the company
- Provide financial modelling support for Bids and Tenders
- Coach and mentor small finance team
**Person Specification**:
- Likely to have a track record of Finance Manager or Financial controller roles
- Management Accounts production
- Track record of being able to automate processes and improve Business Information
