Robertson Bell are pleased to be recruiting for this permanent Finance Business Partner position for a leading organisation based in Oxfordshire. Reporting into the Head of Finance, this is a stand-alone role which will be responsible for partnering with3-6 teams across this large organisation. Duties for this role will include:

- Act as the key financial advisor to up to six teams across the organisation, running regular meetings.
- Provide support to these teams, reviewing their monthly accounts and answering any finance related queries.
- Work closely with the Head of Finance, flagging any variances or risks related to your divisions and mitigating these together.
- Provide overall direction to the divisions you are partnering with, also having the confidence to challenge from time to time.
- Lead on budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
- Ensure a first-class finance service is always offered to the wider organisation.
- Work on scenario analysis, building financial models from scratch using Excel.
- Get involved in key projects across the wider organisation and review business cases.

This Finance Business Partner will have the opportunity to join a reputable organisation and work within a diverse and driven team. The position will best suit someone comfortable asking challenging questions in a supportive way and someone capable carryingout high level analysis. The role will officially be based at the organisations head office in Oxford and will be offered with a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
- Be either a fully qualified Accountant or be very nearly qualified (CIMA, CIPFA, ACA or ACCA).
- Have the ability to put together a budget.
- Have experience partnering with a range of stakeholders.
- Be an excellent communicator and enjoy translating financial information to non-finance staff.
- Be confident building a financial model from scratch.
- Be hardworking and driven to progress in their career.
