**Role Description**:
As our Supply Chain & Logistics Admin Assistant, you will work directly with our Supply Chain & Logistics Manager and also working with our teams in Finance, Production, Customer Service, Sales, and Corporate Partnerships.

You will have great communication and organisation skills to support and enhance our business performance in the day-to-day operations working on-site at our facility based in Smethwick, B66 1BZ.

**This will include tasks such as**:

- Supporting the day-to-day admin activities of the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager.
- Assisting with import & export documentation
- Helping with sourcing new suppliers, alongside completing all of the various documentation needed
- Planning collections and deliveries
- Raising and processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Assisting other departments, when necessary to support the business’ needs

**Profile**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience within a Supply Chain or Logistics role, must have import/export experience.
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience of working in a multi-skilled team and fast-paced environment
- Great reporting skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels within the organization
- Start-up-affinity and getting things done, with a hands-on mentality

**Additional Information**:
They will be confident in ensuring high standards are always met.

They must also be experienced in all Microsoft programs (particularly Excel - Pivot tables / V look up / index and match).

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
