They are dynamic design focused residential refurbishment company.

We are looking for an exceptional and enthusiastic QS with the following capabilities:

- 2 years plus experience working on residential refurbishments in central London
- Pricing for high end residential refurbishments including take offs.
- Assisting with Project Management of trades including site visits.
- Procurement of building materials for site and finishes.
- Producing monthly valuations
- Preparing variations.
- Prepare subcontract packages for procurement.
- Excellent numerical and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management.
- Delivery of projects on time and on budget.
- Good IT skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Self -motivated.
