**Job Overview**

Mitie has a great opportunity to join our brilliant Front of House team on a client site in the Reading area. if you love working in customer service and have a great security mindset then this role could be for you.
- To join a successful team in delivering exceptional customer service to our client across multiple areas.
- To support the Service Level Agreement by ensuring that all Site requirements are carried out effectively.
- To ensure all customer requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
- The role is paramount to the security and safety of the site, working to deliver task specific instructions accurately and consistently either in one location or across a range of locations.
- Ensuring that the area of responsibility is always compliant with site rules, escalating issues or non-compliances accurately and in line with procedures.
- Employees will be expected to perform a range of reception and administrative duties across the site, with the opportunity to develop area specialisms or work across a range of general service areas.
- To provide support to other service lines where possible.

**What we are looking for**.
- Customer focused with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Enthusiastic and conscientious approach to all Site Support related tasks.
- Clear, strong, and confident communication skills.
- Either hold a current SIA licence or be willing to obtain a new licence with our support.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- willingness to learn multiple roles.
- Ability to work in a team and on your own.
- (optional) Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook E-mail).
- Willing to gain DV clearance.

**Salary**: £23,057.48 per annum

Due to site requirements all applicants must have a valid British passport.
