**Overview**:
Exciting opportunity to join an internationally renowned law firm based in the heart of Guildford. This client is offering a hybrid working pattern with this role with two days in their Guildford offices and three days working from home.

**About The Role**:
This exciting law firm are looking for several Accounts Payable Clerks to support their national accounts team. In this role, you will be working within an Accounts Payable team of 14. The accounts payable team is split between their two offices in Edinburghand Guildford. This role primarily focuses on Accounts Payable duties but is also part of their monthly job rotation which allows variation within the role and can offer support when required.

**Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Dealing with expenses and liaising with multiple departments
- Processing daily and weekly payments
- Posting exchange rate differences as required to ensure the entries can be reconciled
- Banking reconciliation
- Raising any discrepancies with AP Team Leader
- Checking uploaded invoices and preparing them for export to clients
- Investigate returned monies and process for reconciliation
- Previous experience in a law firm is preferred, but not essential.
- At least 12 months accounts experience
- Currently studying or recently finished AAT
- Be a proactive team player with a desire to learn and progress within the company.
