As a Sub Editor in the Sports Content team, you will be assisting in the delivery of multifaceted marketing campaigns to our customer base across multiple channels.

You will be an enthusiastic and driven individual, joining a fast paced part of the Company. The role consists of working alongside a team of Sub Editors to build marketing material based on pre-defined briefs and maintain offer content to meet various regulatoryrequirements.

**Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- High standard of written English, preferably supported by a degree in English, Journalism or similar relevant discipline.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements at short notice.
- Self motivation with exceptional organisation, communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Keen interest in sports is preferred but not essential.
- A strong knowledge of our website and sports offers is preferred.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Producing and maintaining content using a content management system that is used across our sports sites.
- Producing and testing customer communications using various tools in order to promote relevant offers.
- Proofreading all content prior to publication ensuring all content is accurate and meets a high standard.
- Liaising with a number of internal departments to ensure all promotional content is delivered on time and meets agreed briefs.
- Regularly reviewing our sports and sports extra sites to ensure all site content is both up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
