As a Gaming Content Supervisor, you will be required to oversee a team of Sub Editors responsible for writing and publishing content to promote our Gaming products.

You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work to time sensitive deadlines.

You will be responsible for managing the workload of one of our Gaming products, either Casino, Live Casino, Games, Poker or Bingo and distribute activities to Sub Editors within your team. You will approve content ensuring it is of a high standard and meetsthe agreed deadlines.

You will also be required to undertake ad hoc tasks from the Design and Publishing Management team, overseeing the training and development of Sub Editors.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

**Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical thinking and excellent problem solving skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to proof read content to a high standard.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, to utilise time productively and efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple requests at once and be resilient and responsive to change.
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrable ability to lead, motivate, organise, train and develop individuals in a team environment.
- A degree in English, Journalism or other similar discipline is advantageous but not essential.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Design and Publishing Management team, ensuring all promotional content is of a high standard and adheres to the source department brief, Company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Overseeing the training and development of new and existing staff.
- Reviewing all of our Gaming sites ensuring all content is accurate.
- Liaising with source departments including Gaming, Affiliates and Social Media, to negotiate deadlines and finalise the details of requests.
- Seeking ways to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Keeping department documents within the Company’s Knowledgebase up to date.
