**Who we are looking for**:
A Supervisor for the Sports Content team who will be responsible for a team of Coordinators, and assist in the preparation, testing and maintenance of content for a variety of marketing campaigns to our customer base.

**Preferred skills and experience**:

- Excellent level of communication skills; both verbal and written.- High standard of written English, including proofreading of a diverse range of content.- Outstanding attention to detail, whilst working quickly and accurately to time sensitive deadlines.- Ability to manage multiple requests at once and be resilient and responsive to change.- Demonstrable ability to lead, motivate, organise and develop individuals in a team environment.- Experience of using specific communication tools such as Braze or similar or Content Management Systems such as Contentful or similar would be advantageous.**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Sports Content Management team in ensuring all content is of a high standard and fulfils departmental objectives, whilst adhering to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.- Assisting and guiding Coordinators in the preparation and building of offer content, using a Content Management System alongside various Marketing communications bespoke tools.- Liaising with other departments to maintain communication and continually develop working processes and relationships.- Seeking ways to improve processes by eradicating errors and improving efficiency.- Working with Management to continuously improve and develop departmental standards in line with regulatory and brand guidelines.- Understanding and coordinating all Sports promotion concepts and content.- Being responsible for setting and meeting both individual and team deadlines.**Want to become part of the team?**:
