**Farrow and Ball - Marketing Assistant - B2B (37.5 hours per week)**

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our **Marketing** team in **Wimborne** as a **Marketing Assistant - Business to Busines**s. We are offering this position on a **full-time, permanent** basis, working **hybrid** between the **office** and **home**.

Farrow & Ball are a luxury British lifestyle brand that prides itself in creating richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper, using print methods dating back 300 years and the finest quality ingredients.

As a Marketing Assistant, accountable for supporting and executing brand strategies, marketing campaigns and initiatives adapted to the relevant market. Reporting to the B2B Marketing Manager and working closely with the UK & EU Third Party sales team you will be part of the B2B marketing team responsible for presentation, activation, and communication to our 3rd party stockists.

**What we expect from you as a Marketing Assistant - B2B.**

Key Responsibilities:
**Communication - **Work with global brand team to ensure consistency in marketing messaging, supporting adaption, translation, proofing and distribution of 3rd party communications relating to:

- ICT communications: at direction from PMO and Colour Lab
- Campaign presentations, guidelines and asset delivery
- And other ad-hoc needs

**Presentation - **Maintaining adherence to brand standards and consistency
- Maintaining presentation standards and merchandising in line with brand and trade strategy
- Maintaining up to date 3rd party compliance guidelines e.g Prospecting Pack, ICT brochure, Creating the Look and Stockist Information Pack
- Support 3rd party audit of range and merchandising in stockists
- Support for stockist Ecommerce presentation standards

**Activation **- Support 3rd party sales team strategy through key stockists, by executing appropriate plans and tactics to deliver impact and sales for the brand to continue industry leadership
- Work with the sales teams and agents to sell in campaign into the markets
- Support Learning and Development and the sales team to inform 3rd party training and education programme
- Supply event materials as agreed
- Support new stockist openings

Key Attributes:

- Proven background working within a similar role essential
- Highly desirable - second languages skills, in particular French or German.
- Able to deliver business benefits/business result
- Able to maintain focus on company's overarching goals and objectives
- Able to develop effective relationships and work cross functionally
- Able to adapt to work in an ever-changing multi-cultural environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
