**Responsibilities**
**Business and Operations Administration**
- Responsible for the management of day to day administrative tasks
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements and accommodation (both in the UK and internationally)
- Assist with reading and editing of contracts
- Answering the phone in a professional and courteous manner and directing phone enquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Administration of fleet vehicles
- Liaison with clients and suppliers
- Creating and maintaining records and databases
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
**Marketing**
- Help develop and enhance companies marketing material
- Administer and maintain company websites
- Assist with production of reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist with planning and coordinating events and exhibitions
**Key skills and abilities**
- At least 5 years’ experience in a secretarial/administrative role
- Proven marketing experience would be an advantage
- Diary management experience would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to speak with both clients and suppliers.
- A friendly but professional attitude. This role will suit someone who is self-motivated, organised and calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail in relation to office administration duties essential for the job
- Highly organised and the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
