At Joslin Rhodes, we’re looking for a **Front of House Coordinator** to provide a friendly, professional and seamless experience for clients, visitors and team members from the moment they walk through the door of our Planning Rooms in Preston Farm.

So, if you’ve worked in hospitality, bars, restaurants, hotels, or any role where you make people feel at ease, you will fit right in.

And the best part? It’s Monday to Friday, so your weekends are all yours again.

**The Role**

As our Front of House Coordinator, your smiling face will be the first one people see.

And here’s what you will be responsible for:

- Providing a friendly and efficient greeting to visitors, ensuring a lasting first impression.
- Offering refreshments and taking the time to get to know people.
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries with warmth.
- Coordinating meeting rooms and client appointments.
- Keeping the reception area running smoothly and feeling inviting.
- Ensuring the café is well stocked, including ordering and managing deliveries.
- Supporting the team with light admin, data entry and day-to-day tasks.

**What Your Day Might Look Like**

You’ll:

- Greet clients and help them feel at ease as they arrive.
- Know when clients are due and ensure meeting rooms are prepared in advance.
- Keep the café and kitchen areas tidy, including loading and unloading the dishwasher.
- Take and make calls to confirm upcoming meeting attendance.
- Check meeting room availability for team members and book into the Portal and Outlook calendars.
- Book clients’ next meetings with their Planner and thank them for visiting.
- Support the team with general day-to-day tasks as needed.

The day moves at a steady, organised pace, and you finish knowing you have helped make clients feel relaxed, welcome and well looked after.
