**Customer Service Advisor**
**You will **

Support Customer Services internal and external customers, validating customer return requests within company terms & Vendor guidelines. Resolving customer queries & complaints within Company & Dept SLA ensuring query followed through to resolution. Providing back office support & guidance to other areas of the business.
- Excel and Outlook experience to an Intermediate level
- Customer service experience
- Worked with computer systems
- Experience in a customer service or distribution environment
