**Purpose**
As a Junior Project Manager within the Technology and Change function, your role is
to support the business through the delivery of successful business change projects.
You will support other Project Managers or manage smaller pieces of work, ensuring
that each project's objectives are realised and that the project team works effectively
to deliver these.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain clear project documentation including briefs, plans, project
progress tracking, meeting minutes.
- Work with identified business stakeholders to clarify and document requirements.
- Provides cost and time estimates for all work, tracking the spend and maintaining
a project budget.
- Pre-empt upcoming issues and escalate appropriately. Take responsibility for
ensuring mitigation plans are put in place and tracked.
- Build relationships across the business with the key stakeholders for each project,
managing their expectations. This could be colleagues from operations, digital
development, business analysis, learning and development or external agencies.
- Coordinate and lead regular project meetings.
- Take responsibility for ensuring project team members are clear on their
deliverables, ensuring on-time, on spec delivery.
Skills and experience
- You will have previous PMO or junior project management experience, or have a
set of related transferable skills
- Relevant experience in a fast-moving industry, ideally hospitality, leisure, or retail
- Ideally you will have experience of using project management and planning tools
such as MS-Project or Smartsheet
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- A professional project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APMP, PMP is
nice to have but not essential. TRG offers the opportunity to enrol for a level 4
Project Management Apprenticeship.
