- Conduct final inspections to ensure installations meet quality standards.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to flooring installation.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for accurate installation layouts.
- Experience in painting and finishing touches as part of the flooring process is advantageous.
