Bench Joiner

**Location**: Elland, Halifax
**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (overtime available)
**Pay**: £13:50 - £16.00 per hour (dependent on skill level and experience)

**The Role**:
We’re seeking an organised, reliable, and proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a drive for excellence. As part of our skilled team, you’ll be responsible for crafting our handmade furniture and ensuring all products meet the high-quality standards Off The Grain is known for.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Confidently produce handmade furniture and related joinery tasks.
- Uphold exceptional quality standards across all products.
- Adapt to challenges with problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Safely and effectively use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Joinery Experience
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with tools and machinery.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with an eye for detail.
