This is an Recovery Worker post within a specialist drug and alcohol service in Buckinghamshire called One Recovery Bucks (ORB).
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is committed to shaping this role, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills who will add to our skilled and experienced multi-disciplinary team. You will ideally have experience of working within substance use, criminal justice or homelessness settings.
As a Recovery Worker(AFC Band 5) you will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to alcohol users and people who use drugs, within One Recovery Bucks hubs with a main base in Aylesbury.
ORB is provided by Inclusion, who as part of a large and modern NHS Foundation Trust have an excellent reputation for valuing and investing in our workforce with services across England including Sexual Health, Mental Health, Psychological Therapies and Addiction.

**Key responsibilities include**:
- Provision of drug and alcohol treatment to Service Users within the locality.
- Holding a caseload of service users and being responsible for offering a range of interventions to that individual
- Supporting a service user through their treatment journey from beginning to end
- Embracing the concept of recovery and demonstrating this in your clinical work
- Ensuring that your work is evidence based, up to date and in accordance with current policy and legislation.
- Keeping up to date and accurate records and documentation.
