**Viewing Agent (Part-time) **Dundee**

Viewing agents are instrumental in helping clients find and buy their dream homes. This rewarding position involves providing a first-class customer service experience. Help our busy team share our enthusiasm for our properties by delivering a friendly, welcoming and professional service to clients.

**Where every day is different**

You will undertake accompanied viewings to showcase our properties whilst ensuring excellent client care. Communication skills are essential for liaising with clients to identify business opportunities for the Firm and enhance the company’s image and market share. Due to the nature of the role, you must be flexible and willing to work as required to cover for holidays, illnesses and busy periods.

About you

With exceptional customer service skills, you will enjoy working as part of a team and be committed to building good relationships with clients and colleagues. Ideally, you will have a background in customer-facing roles such as sales. You will have outstanding time and diary management and be able to maintain high standards whilst working under pressure. Confidence and a ‘can do’ approach are key for this role. We require that you possess a driving licence and your own car.

**Hours**
- Sundays 11:00am to 4:00pm. Minimum of 5 hours guaranteed per week with an opportunity to regularly work more.
- Flexibility required to cover holidays, other absences and work additional hours during busy periods.

Reports to: Senior Sales Negotiator

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Undertake accompanied viewings at client’s properties
- Liaise with clients of the Firm and potential clients in an effective manner and ensure all aspect of excellent client care
- Identify business opportunities for both Estate Agency and the Firm as a whole
- Enhance the company’s image and market share
- Ensure that your own personal appearance and conduct is in keeping with the standards set by the Firm
- Ensure any message or appointment is passed to the appropriate person effectively
- Ensure that any client concern is resolved or communicated promptly to the Property Sales Office Manager

The post holder will possess the following knowledge, skills and experience:
