**BIDS EXECUTIVE**
**Role Overview**
The role is to assist the Central Bids team with day-to-day administration. The Central Bids team comprises 20 individuals who manage bids and associated content. This is a varied team with a range of experience from both the legal sector and other industries. The team has grown steadily over the last 10 years with consistent support and investment from the wider business.
Broadly, the Bids Administrator provides full team administrative support in the following areas:
- Delivering accurate tracking, recording and reporting of bids and team activity
- Assisting team members in administrative tasks related to live bids
- Providing administrative support to bids related projects
You will be able to demonstrate previous work experience within an office environment, including undertaking administrative duties
Our team works very collaboratively, helping each other out when needed. We want someone who will contribute to this and work well with others. Being diplomatic, tactful, proactive and someone who will work to gain the trust and respect of senior people are also key attributes. Good organisational skills and attention to detail are a must.
