Mat Pilates Instructor

**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This will be a new service to the clinic but we expect them to be popular classes. We have 12k patients on our books. We are looking initially to have 3 classes Sunday 9am-12pm but as the service grows we may expand to more sessions.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
- Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, including proper form, technique, and breathing methods.
- Demonstrate exercises clearly and provide modifications to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities.
- Assess clients' physical capabilities and develop personalised workout plans that align with their goals.
- Maintain a safe and clean studio environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitised and organised.
- Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages client motivation and progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continually enhance your teaching methods.

**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, particularly as it relates to movement and exercise.
- Previous experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction is highly desirable.
- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognised organisation is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
- A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: £30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 per week
