Location : Remote, UK

As an Associate Technical Lead you will focus will be on providing support to customers throughout pre-sales and post-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Working with Sales, Professional Services, Cloud Systems and Technical Architects you willensure solutions offered achieve and exceed the expectations of the customer.

You core responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Supporting with activities that provide successful installation of core product to customers.
- Develop strong customer relationships through direct communication with customers and third parties to achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction. Where possible to deliver proactive & preventative customer support activities.
- Provide timely & consistent technical direction to support Implementation Consultants who are engaged in professional services deployments.
- Monitor all customer incidents and service requests and collaborate with support teams to ensure effective and timely resolution.

What you can bring to the role:
This role could be suitable to either a strong technical person with natural communication and/or good consultancy/customer service skills. Or perhaps a 1st, 2nd or 3rd line IT Support person interested in more exposure into a technical cloud role that doesnot require coding.

Essentially, you will ideally have both technical and b2b customer service experience. You should have good understanding of Cloud Technologies, AWS, Azure etc., and some knowledge of Database fundamentals.

You should have expertise in numerous operating systems such as Windows and Linux, and good understanding of database fundamentals. Knowledge of their SITS product is highly desirable, but not essential.

Alongside your technical abilities you must be an excellent communicator, be adept at creating strong and lasting customer relationships, and be a natural problem solver.
