Job Title: Teaching Assistant
- Location: Rickmansworth

- Hours: Full-time (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

**As a Teaching Assistant, you will**:

- Help in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2) classrooms.
- Work closely with teachers to create fun and effective learning experiences.
- Support individualized education plans to help each student develop their unique abilities.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

**Your Skills**:
**To do well in this role, you'll need**:

- A genuine love for working with children and helping them grow.
- Some experience with children, whether paid or voluntary, will make you stand out.
- Good communication skills to connect with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to obtain one
- Emotional intelligence to guide and support a diverse group of students.
