Role: Early Years Teaching Assistant

Hours:

Salary: £26,500-£29,300

Start Date: We would like to commence this position asap, but can be flexibility for September 2026 start for the right candidate.

Reports to: Assistant Head of Pre-Prep

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Merchant Taylors' Prep School, an independent boys' preparatory school. This is a permanent position, starting as soon as possible (with flexibility up to September 2026 for the right candidate).

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's learning and wellbeing, working closely with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging school environment.
