**Role Description**:
To take full responsibility for the day to day running of the Viper Innovations stores, including kitting of components, goods inward processing, storage and despatch pf products.
**Responsibility Summary**:
**Specific Responsibilities of the Job**:
**1**
**Administration**
1.1Assist with completion of perpetual stock takes including analysis and resolution of discrepancies.
1.2Picking and packing of work order components. Ensure accurate work order package provided to assembly sub-contractor(s).
1.3Adopt appropriate methods to ensure stock batch control stock rotation to avoid unnecessary expiry and degradation.
1.4Inspection of inwards goods in accordance with Purchase Orders & drawings. Completion and filing of complete Inspection checklists.
1.5Final inspection and packaging of goods prior to despatch to suppliers or customers.
1.6Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and adherence to COSHH including maintenance of SDS Information. Complete planned safety inspections as required and ensure closure of actions within specified time frames.
1.7Manage Company WEEE disposal and Hazardous waste collection and ensure accurate disposal records are obtained and retained.
1.8Maintain effective storage locations by organizing floor space/racking, adhering to storage design principles and recommending improvements.
1.9Support company inventory but scheduling materials to be moved to and from the stores, coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
1.10Maintain secure and diligent quarantine area/tagging system ensuring appropriate authorised action prior to release.
1.11Prepare Shipping Paperwork for Export/Import clearances for international shipping.
1.12Meet Warehouse operation standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service, resolving problems.
1.13Identifying warehouse system improvements.
1.14Maintain safe lifting and tooling equipment for use ensuring pre-use inspection and servicing are completed, including the forklift truck.
1.15Data input into Company ERP system.
1.16Archiving of Company documents.
1.17At all times manage and lead yourself to ensure the delivery of your role and all aspects thereof to the highest standard
1.18Be responsible for developing and maintaining your own learning and development plan for continuous skills growth in all relevant areas, not just in relation to your area within the business.
1.19Other duties as required.

**QHSE**
2.1Undertake obligations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 29001 as detailed in the Operations Manual. Recognise requirements for Industry Standards as relevant to work scope.
2.2Adopt a pro-active approach to company and client QHSE initiatives and objective.
2.3Supporting the QHSE Team by participating in regular inspections and testing required at the Stores location.
2.4Adopt continuous improvements approach to work ethic.
2.5Participation in Internal and External Audits as required.

3.1Support the business PSD function where applicable through the configuration and power up testing of Hardware.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Qualifications:_
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role within a Manufacturing environment.
- Current Forklift Truck B1 Counterbalance license
- IOSH Managing Safety
- Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety appropriate certifications or equivalent experience.
- Qualification in manual handling desirable.
