Were recruiting for a Vocational Clinical Specialist to join us. Are you a Registered Nurse Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist looking for a change of career Do you have experience in case management occupational health or vocational rehabilitation Were recruiting for Vocational Clinical Specialiststo join our clinical team on a full time homebased or hybrid contract.What youll be doing:Youll provide comprehensive clinical specialist advice and support to the Claims management team to assist in the assessment and management of Income Protection Critical Illness and Ill health liability Insurance claimsDevelop and build effective relationships with members by holding discussions and conducting assessments through telephone or face to face contact establishing their clinical capability developing and monitoring rehabilitation plansYoull review procedures to ensure market leading delivery of rehabilitation programmes to our membersFostering relationships with IFAs and Policyholders promoting the understanding of our claims philosophy and proceduresCultivating relationships with our external suppliers ensuring we receive cost effective servicesTraining mentoring and developing other members on the benefits and rehabilitationYoull develop processes that deliver a consistent level of service such that our customers expectations are metQualifications : Who were looking for:You will be a registered Nurse Physiotherapist or Occupational TherapistRegistered member of the Nursing Council or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)Ability to work independently conduct assessments and make judgments confidentlyProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite and report writing skillsStrong communication skillsKnowledge of the Insurance market or Income Protection products is preferred (although training will be provided)Whatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
