JEM Living Kitchens Ltd is a family run business that has over 14 years’ experience in the Kitchen industry. We have an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Designer to join our small team.

This is a varied job role involving:

- Liaising with customers, face to face and over the telephone, whether these be retail customers or builders. On many occasions, for retail customers, this will include visiting their homes and finding out their requirements for kitchens and bedrooms.
- Producing 3D visuals and plans using our CAD software.
- Pricing and providing quotations.
- Ordering/dealing with suppliers.
- Working from architect's plans to produce designs and quotations for house builders and developers.
- Attending building sites to carry out site measures.
- General admin duties.
- Building and strengthening relationships with new and existing customers.

This is **not **an Interior Designer position. nor is it a sales driven role, hence no commission given.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and with a team.
- The ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.
- Passion about the quality of their work.
- The ability to listen and capture customer requirements to ensure designs meet or exceed expectations.
- Self-motivation.
- The ability to manage time effectively.
- A full UK driving license is **essential.**
This is a full time position (Monday-Friday).

**Salary**: Circa £18,000. - depending on experience.

This is an ideal role for somebody looking to be involved in the day to day running of our company and becoming a valued member of the team.
