This is a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Analyst join a prestigious and well-respected organisation.

**Role responsibilities include**:
Support the Operations teams in defining their strategy and planning whilst ensuring they are enabled through the annual business planning process;
Oversee the delivery of Operations strategic plan, by working in partnership with the functional teams and internal functions to monitor, report and support achievement of corporate & functional objectives;
Ensure compliant, cost-effective and efficient operational processes and procedures are in place optimised and adhered to

Schedule forums and manage agenda to ensure we have clear business outcomes identified and achieved

Act as the secretariat as required for Operational forums;
Manage actions ensuring all are managed and completed to time and quality; and

Develop and maintain a schedule of business activities and ensure items are completed to schedule and quality.

Service focussed approach with the ability to provide advice, support and guidance on matters concerning the provision and maintenance of services across the ecosystem.

Ideally experience gained in a regulated industry, ideally telecoms or energy.

Well-developed report writing, verbal / written communication and presentation skills.

A proactive approach to planning, communication and management within a dynamic and scaling organisation.

Experience of optimising and implementing processes and frameworks.

Inquisitive and open, and always keen to understand the route of a situation before jumping to resolve it.

A good team player, brilliant at building relationships with an ability to elicit collaboration.
