We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated **E-Commerce Assistant.** We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Individual with a deep understanding of the luxury fashion and lifestyle realm to enhance our existing e-commerce team. Joining our dynamic team at Crepslocker, you will play a vital role in upholding the organisation and efficiency of our online store.

**What you will be doing**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Create and update product listings on our online store.
- Verify and maintain accurate product information, including specifications and features.
- Take and manage stock images for product listings.
- Optimise and edit images for quality and consistency.
- Ensure that product listings comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department, office staff, and buyers to maintain effective communication and ensure smooth operations.
- Seek ongoing training and education to further develop expertise.
- Actively follow and promote company health and safety.

**What you'll be able to demonstrate**:
Skills and Experience:

- Proficient in using the Shopify platform, including creating and updating product listings, managing inventory, and understanding the overall e-commerce functionality.
- Utilise Excel to organize and manage product data effectively.
- Seek ongoing training and education to further develop expertise, including proficiency in Excel.
- Basic skills in image editing software to optimise and enhance product images for visual appeal and consistency.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the e-commerce landscape, including platform updates, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, Shopify features, and best practices for e-commerce optimisation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adheres to established procedures, following defined priorities and deadlines in a structured environment with limited autonomy.
- Demonstrates clear verbal and written communication skills, exhibiting common courtesy in interactions.
