**Part time hours up 24 to 30 hours (hours and days flexible)**
Massarella Catering Group is a successful family-owned business, operating over 60 Café and restaurant operations nationwide, based mainly in shopping centres, department stores, garden centres and shopping outlets. Due to retirement, we now have a great opportunity for an experienced Part time Payroll/ Accounts Assistant, based at our Head Office in Thurcroft which is located between Rotherham and Worksop.
The position is part time working 24 to 30 hours over 3 to 4 days and hours and times can be flexible to suit your personal needs.
Reporting to the HR Director and working in a small team we are looking for someone with previous payroll experience IT skills, with a good working knowledge of payroll reporting HMRC, great communication and organisational skills and the ability to work using your own initiative. You also need to be able to prioritise your work load and work to tight deadlines
The position involves communicating across the business with site managers and also the head office teams with specific responsibility for the following:
- Responsible for processing a monthly payroll
- Keeping up to date payroll and HR details onto the HR systems for employees
- Processing new employees and leavers
- Preparing month end reports from the payroll system
- Updating payroll records of any changes to employee information
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 -30 per week
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
