HR, payroll and accounts administrator

**Location**

8 Orgreave Close, Handsworth, Sheffield, S13 9NP.

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team dealing with HR, payroll and accounts. Working within the accounts department your main responsibilities will be to provide HR support to department managers and accounting support as required. Experience of using Sage 50 is an essential requirement of this role.

**Key roles and responsibilities**:

- Compiling employee packs for new employees.
- Organising and attending meetings with staff as required to support managers and ensure correct HR procedures are implemented.
- Liaising with our HR consultants to provide support to managers on HR issues as they arise.
- Supporting the finance department when required with various accounting tasks, including processing purchase invoices, generating purchase orders and recording stock movements, using Sage 50 Accounts software.
- Assisting with processing monthly and weekly payroll if required using Sage 50 Payroll software.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Working hours & remuneration package**
- Working hours - Typically 25 hours per week. Working hours to be agreed to fit within office hours of 8.00 - 4.30 Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility will be required from time to time.

**Package**
- Wage: starting at £11.50/hour depending on experience
- 20 days holiday plus statutory holidays (based on full time - pro rated for part time)
