**Description of Position**

The post holder will be responsible for general administration and account servicing tasks within the operations team, including;
- General loan account servicing
- General savers account servicing
- Data input and amendment
- Payment processing (direct debit, standing orders)
- Digital channel administration and member request processing
- Post room administration
- Audit and data quality checks

**Hourly Wage**

National Apprenticeship Minimum Wage

**Working Week**

8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday

**Future Prospects**

This role has the potential to progress further in our Operations and Servicing team. The Operations Team look after business operations in the back office with a focus on continual improvement.

**Training to be provided - **18 Months Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship

The post holder will be trained in the operations of savings and loan accounts, general office administration, including creation and maintenance of documents and spreadsheets and in business change management.

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Demonstrates initiative
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Positive outlook
- Excellent time management

**Qualifications Required**

Maths and English GCSC grade 4 (equivalent to C)

This position is office-based at the Society Head office in Penrith.
