Join our team and start a rewarding career in insurance. Role Overview This is a full‑time apprentice programme with an anticipated start date of January 2026. Over 18 months you will receive industry‑leading training, achieve the Cert CII and Level 3 Insurance Practitioner qualifications, and ultimately become a Client Advisor. Responsibilities Provide excellent client service and account management across a dedicated portfolio. Generate new quotes, manage renewals, invoicing, and upsell/cross‑sell additional insurance products. Use broking systems and communicate with clients via telephone and email on a day‑to‑day basis. Handle client queries promptly and maintain high service standards. Develop relationships with insurer partners and stay up‑to‑date on new product developments. Assist colleague support and complete business‑critical tasks when required. Qualifications Previous client/customer‑facing experience (e.g. retail, hospitality, food & beverage). Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail. Right to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland – no visa sponsorship. Minimum of five GCSEs at Grades 9–4, including English & Maths. Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and work independently. What Makes You Stand Out Completed A‑Levels or equivalent. University degree educated.
