**Job Title**:VIP Experience Ambassador**

**Salary**:£** **24.960**

**Job Overview**

As VIP Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring all of our VIP guests have a memorable stay with us; where we not only meet but exceed their expectations. You will lead by example and ensure you are able to anticipate guests needs and offer a service that is discreet and bespoke to them.

**Job Requirements**
- Arrival’s verification (checking VIP status, comments, profile notes and traces)
- Special attention to long stay + high-rate guests with any special setup and needs to be considered
- Prearrival, and INH courtesy calls
- Amenity allocation & sharing of lists with designated department
- Welcome cards including liaison with other departments where needed
- VIP room checks and full suite setups
- Liaise with Concierge and respective outlets for priority and/or last-minute bookings
- Handling payment, setup and coordination of any special occasion packages
- VIP rooms allocation + advance blocking of VIP guest rooms
- Regularly monitor VIPX inbox and deal with all guest enquiries throughout the guest journey
- Lobby presence / VIP rooming / complaints handling / check ins for arrivals / checkouts for departures
- Send personalised post-departure follow up communication to VIP guests
- Perform any other role as required.
