- The raw ability to build rapport and create a tailored customer experience
- Manage workshop activity efficiency for your customer
- Develop long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure new visitors are retained for the future
- Learn to follow set sales and aftersales process
- Promote and cross-sell other products and services
- Retain and build product knowledge to share positively with customers
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver a great customer experience whilst maximising overall profit

**What you can do**:

- Can harness effectively the management tools available to change for the better of the customer experience; making decisive and bold decisions to benefit both the business and the customer.
- You will be able to provide energy and leadership to induce a sense of focus on providing the best customer experience possible.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing customer expectations with regular communication and updates.
- Happy to manage your workload and customer base by planning your time

- Previous experience in vehicle sales or in a similar environment
- A team player able to support and be part of a wider group
- A person who can influence and consult with customers
- An individual who can set their workload and be self-organised
- A calm, stable personality who can deliver a high standard of personal service
- Someone who is 'can do’ rather than 'can’t at the moment’ - a have-a-go person.
