Here at Warwick Castle we are looking for smart and talented people to deliver brilliant customer service to ensure our guests experience the fun of real history. This is an exciting role that is at the heart of our mission to ensure every guest has the opportunity to find out as much information about our unique history and collection as they want. As a member of the History Team you will deliver talks and tours to the public, schools and VIP guests on a daily basis; safeguard the Warwick Castle collection throughout the Great Hall and State Rooms; and be responsible for bringing over 1,100 years of history to life by engaging and interacting with our guests.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

- Must be confident in speaking to large groups of people
- Must be friendly and approachable with the highest standards of customer service
- Must be good at time keeping
- Must be able to work well within a team
- Must have experience in a customer/guest facing role
- Must have a genuine interest in History

This is a Seasonal role. Because of the nature of our business you will be required to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
