Support Administrator, supporting on behalf of Coventry and Warwickshire’s Integrated Care System (ICS)

Band 4

Full time, Fixed Term for 18 months/secondments considered (SA form attached)

To provide a comprehensive administrative and project support function to the Autism Programme Manager and Coventry and Warwickshire’s All-Age Autism Strategy Programme, in order to maintain an effective and efficient service. To work collaboratively with other members of the programme including, education, health and social care system wide partners, and experts by experience, to make a direct and positive contribution to the smooth organisation of the Autism Strategic Programme. It is essential that independent judgement and initiative is used, and appropriate action is taken to ensure the positive promotion of the image of Coventry and Warwickshire’s All-Age Autism Strategy whilst supporting its values and vision.

These are exciting times, and the post-holder will have the opportunity to work across the Integrated Care System (ICS) supporting partners with the development and start-up of a range of transformational and improvement programmes and projects. The post holder will play a proactive role in the promotion of improvement, programme and project methods.

As Coventry and Warwickshire’s All-Age Autism Strategy Programme Support Manager you will be expected to:
- Provide a comprehensive administrative and project support function to the Autism Programme Manager and Coventry and Warwickshire’s All-Age Autism Strategy Programme, in order to maintain an effective and efficient service.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the programme including, education, health and social care system wide partners, and experts by experience, to make a direct and positive contribution to the smooth organisation of the Autism Strategic Programme.
- Exercise independent judgement and initiative, taking appropriate action to ensure the positive promotion of the image of Coventry and Warwickshire’s All-Age Autism Strategy whilst supporting its values and vision.

Due to our Neurodevelopmental Transformation work and contribution to the developments of Coventry and Warwickshire’s All-Age Autism Strategy, we have agreed to lead strategic developments on behalf of the system but the postholder will be reporting to the Integrated Commissioning Team, hosted by Warwickshire County Council.
