The Education People are seeking to recruit a highly experienced professional, such as a Headteacher, Ofsted Inspector, or School Improvement Adviser, to join their School Improvement team as a Primary Improvement Adviser.

**Key Duties -**
- Collaborate with a team of highly motivated and dedicated professionals, all committed to driving continuous improvement in school performance.
- Take on a key role as the named Improvement Adviser for schools, providing expert consultancy support both within Kent and in other regions.
- Leverage your skills and interests to enhance our training programs and extend our support offerings for schools.
- Engage with a diverse range of schools and school leaders, broadening your professional experience and impact.
- Contribute to improving the life chances of children and young people across Kent and beyond.
- Occasionally work in a more intensive capacity with schools, serving as a consultant leader to facilitate rapid improvement.

**What we need from you -**
- Proven experience as a Headteacher, Executive Headteacher, Ofsted Inspector or School adviser.
- Experience leading improvements within your current educational role and experience supporting several schools.
- Previous experience using the Education inspection framework to bring about improvements.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with an eye for detail.
- Capability to travel to multiple school locations.
