This role will be either a 4 day working week or 4 on/4 off.

We are looking for a talented **Logistics Coordinator**to join our team in our **Livingston** Hub - someone who will work closely with our Ops and Depot Managers and who will add value to the operation

So, what will you be doing

**Systems**
- To monitor workflow throughout the day and maintain supportive telephone conversations with crews while on the road to ensure first-class customer experience.
- To ensure deliveries are received, expedited, and monitored on a continual basis.
- To ensure all drivers are competent using all digital systems.

**Operations**
- To liaise with warehouse team to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
- To report to Operational Management Team.
- To investigate complaints.
- To provide presential and remote support to delivery crews, making sure deliveries are completed on-time throughout the day.
- To meticulously monitor the checking in and out of goods, with an eye for detail.
- To troubleshoot any problems as and when they arise.
- To focus on first-class service to customers and team members to ensure KPIs are kept consistently high.
- To reinforce any corporate messages needing dissemination to warehouse staff and delivery crews.
- To build a positive and motivational working environment.
- Fleet liaison.

**Job Duties**
- To check morning routes for anomalies.
- To despatch delivery crews.
- To process trailer load sheets and route load sheets for the following day.
- To prepare contractor jobs for despatch.
- To route deliveries.
- To receive any fails, damages, or exceptions.
- To receive trailers and print delivery manifests for the following day.
- To assume a restorative and supportive role between all members of staff.
- To offer a positive corporate image of ARCT Transport Ltd at all times.
- To engage with all training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £27,750.00 per year
