Here at our **Iceland Foods **contract in **Livingston**, we’re currently recruiting for a **full-time, permanent Warehouse Administrator** to join our team on **night **shift, ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on site

You will be working on full-time, permanent basis, on an **‘any 5 days out of 7’** shift pattern, covering the hours of **22:00 - 06:00.**

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Support in all thing’s admin, from reporting to monitoring KPIs and releasing and closing of orders
- Report all non-conformance paperwork to your Supervisor, to ensure suppliers follow standards agreed by the customer
- Help to ensure we always operate a safe environment in line with company policy

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience in a similar position beneficial but not essential
- Good attention to detail while adhering to deadlines in fast-paced environment
- The ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
