We are seeking to appoint a** **bioinformatician with expertise in pathogens and AMR, to work within Prof Kat Holt’s team on the AMRnet project funded by the Wellcome Trust. The successful applicant will use their expertise in microbial bioinformatics to investigate gaps in the digital infrastructure needed to support use of pathogen genomic data for AMR surveillance; and develop open-access software and solutions to data sharing, genome database curation, and organism-specific genotyping for key pathogens.
